In my particular case, I originally had the Rockstar Launcher installed on my D:\\ drive. Eventually I got it working myself through some dumb stuff! Then I had this same 'incomplete installation' issue and none of the fixes found on the web worked. Instead, it forced me to reinstall the Rockstar Launcher. Valid /fpslimit values are 20-100.I had an old version of the Rockstar Launcher that needed to be updated to launch GTA V last week. Added command /fpslimit to adjust the frame rate limiter. Imported some of the 0.2.5 vehicle surfing code. Crashes caused by DestroyVehicle script are fixed.
It now works in interiors and will disable with the scoreboard. Alternate siren for police vehicles is now synced. Fixed texture lag/streaming popups when many models were loaded. Fixed some vehicle audio problems (silent cars/planes/boats/helis). Fixed time/fog/lighting flickering when the passing of time is disabled. Fixed problem with clipboard text not copying externally.
